These terms govern use of McDowell County Inmate Population. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site. Continued use means the visitor agrees to these rules, including the limits on legal, custody, screening, and third-party search uses.

McDowell County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with McDowell County, the sheriff, any jail, NCDAC, the courts, or any government agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening services.

Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official inmate records, jail rosters, booking photos, court files, warrants, or correctional records. It cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, file papers, post bond, change a court date, or speak for any public office.

The site points readers toward McDowell County, North Carolina inmate and jail-record resources and may connect visitors with third-party research tools. Official records must be checked with the office, court, jail, or correctional agency that created them.

Acceptable Use
